What a night! On Friday 15th November we welcomed 150 guests to our Charity Black Tie Dinner at the stunning Wynyard Hall.
From the generosity of each and every person involved we managed to raise a whopping £7,500 with every penny going to the amazing Secondary 1st.
As a business we are still on cloud 9 and beyond grateful for the support we received. Our reason for choosing to support Secondary 1st was in honour of Carol McDermott, wife to Liam our Senior Mechanical Contracts Manager.
Carol passed away last year to secondary breast cancer, leaving behind Liam and their four boys.
Liam spoke beautifully of her at the beginning of the night in a heart-warming yet hard hitting speech, Carol would be ever so proud.
It was an absolute honour to have two very important guests with us. Maralyn and Geoffrey Kalman, charity Trustees who travelled up from London to spend the evening with us, speaking about secondary breast cancer and the all-important research that Secondary 1st helps to fund.
A huge thank you to Ben Heward, our photographer for the evening who captured all of the amazing moments throughout the night.
Special thanks to Ultrasound Events who kindly let us use of the DJ Duke box for our after hours party
The Grand Prize Draw was a huge hit with 16 lucky winners walking away with an array of fabulous prizes.
There are so many thanks to give to those who came, donated prizes, made a donation, bought a raffle ticket and of course thank you to those who placed a bid.
The F1 Rolex British Grand Prix 4 day experience was won by our very own Peter Laverick and his partner Jennifer Smith after a tough bidding war ending at £2300!
From the bottom of hearts we truly appreciate the support of everyone who made this night a success and helped to keep things running smoothly.
We hope everyone had a fantastic evening, please find the full album of photos on our Facebook page
